Dr. Nissenson specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a short-term problem-focused treatment, for adults with anxiety, depression, and interpersonal issues. She has expert training in the treatment of adults with childhood abuse. Dr. Nissenson provides psychotherapy for adults who have difficulty managing their emotions and coping with life stressors.
