I offer Adult and Adolescent Individual Psychotherapy with a specialization in the areas of Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and Borderline Personality Disorder. I offer an integrated approach, combining cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral and psychodynamic techniques. In addition, I lead a DBT skills training group in a private practice setting.
