Integrative Therapy
The term 'integrative' is often used to describe a treatment that combines theory and techniques from two or more distinct therapeutic orientations. You may ask the integrative therapist which approaches he or she uses (e.g psychoanalytic, cognitive, interpersonal, supportive, spiritual, etc).
Integrative therapy can help with all variations of relationship conflicts, self-esteem and identity issues, self-defeating behaviors, depression, anxiety and stress. This versatile and highly individualized approach helps the client to learn new coping strategies, to experience solutions, and ultimately, to make changes in her life
