Dr. Sumati Gupta specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for the treatment of eating/weight problems and anxiety disorders. Through advanced training at the Cognitive Therapy Clinic and Eating Disorders Center of NY Presbyterian / Weill Cornell Medical College, Dr. Gupta gained expertise in the treatment of anxiety disorders (including general anxiety, obsessive compulsive symptoms, panic attacks, posttraumatic stress disorder) and eating/weight problems (binge eating, bulimia, emotional eating).
