I specialize in reproductive health issues including infertility, pregnancy loss, pregnancy after pregnancy loss and/or infertility, postpartum depression, and pregnancy termination due to fetal anomaly, working with individuals, couples, and groups. I combine a cognitive behavioral and mind-body approach to address reproductive challenges, as well as depression, anxiety, PTSD, panic disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

My Midwestern upbringing helps create a warm, supportive approach to counseling in midtown Manhattan. I strive to help you develop coping tools and emotional resilience so you can emerge with a strong sense of well-being from any life crisis you may be facing.
